The Polar Express Returns to the Grand Canyon Railway

grand-canyon-railway-fb “Though I’ve grown old, the bell still rings for me, as it does for all who truly believe.” Who still hears the bells from the Polar Express? Inspired by the classic children’s book by Chris Van Allsburg, the Polar Express train by Grand Canyon Railway is coming back once again on a journey through the nighttime wilderness of Williams, Arizona. Take a trip to the “North Pole” with your children and visit Santa Claus and his reindeer while sipping on hot chocolate and eating chocolate chip cookies. Guests can expect to see elves and other characters from the novel to provide entertainment such as singing, dancing and readings from the novel. There will also be opportunities for photo-ops with Santa once guests arrive at Santa’s Village. The Polar Express is running now through January 3, 2016 and it is encouraged that you book tickets in advance to assure your seats.  Tickets for the Polar Express run from $34-$45 for adults and $24-$35 for children depending on when you take a ride.
