Indulj With Us

This Saturday, eat, drink and be merry as Scoop Factory hosts mimosa-fueled madness at Caffé Boa

A few weeks back we confessed our love for day drinkin’, as well as the awesome new trend of all-day brunch parties. Well, wouldn’t you know it, now one of the places we wrote about has invited us to hold our own fab fête. Hosted at Caffé Boa in Tempe on Saturday, November, 13, all Scoop Factory readers are invited to join us at Boa’s weekly Champagne brunch, INDULJ.

Located right on Mill Ave, drop by from noon to 5 pm and shake your money maker to House-Rock mash-ups by special guest, DJ Knick Knack, while indulging in $18 bottomless glasses of mimosas. (Bottomless!) Table-side bottle service is also available starting at a crazy-cheap $50, while rumor has it there will be a bevy of BCBGeneration models dropping by, so dress to impress. (We’ll be the ones rocking the footie PJs featuring Kermit the Frog.)

That said, this is more than just an excuse to sip Champagne all afternoon long. In fact, INDULJ has also turned into a bit of a foodie fav thanks to the boffo Italian-style brunch spread handcrafted by chef Payton Curry. Born in Minnesota, Curry cultivated his love for farm-to-table cuisine at several San Francisco hotspots, before moving to the Valley to head up the short-lived Digestif at SouthBridge Scottsdale. Landing on his feet, he hooked up with the husband and wife owners behind the classic Tempe fine-diner, Caffé Boa. Just over a year later, Curry’s built a solid reputation for his house-made, well, everything, including brunch-time favs such as olive oil pancakes and Friuli Benedict, or poached organic eggs served with San Daniele prosciutto and basil hollandaise.

Be there and be square!
