Featuring an ever-changing menu of super-seasonal delights, Heirloom instantly became a foodie fav after opening inside the DC Ranch Marketplace in North Scottsdale in January 2009. However, chef DeMaria has been tempting the palates of local locavores for decades. He first made his mark in the early 1990’s, running fine dining at standout local resorts such as the Arizona Biltmore, Royal Palms Hotel and the Hermosa Inn. But it was his contemporary Italian charmer, Michael’s at the Citadel that really put chef DeMaria on the culinary map when it opened in the then-distant wilds of North Scottsdale in 1997.
